国立松江工業高等専門学校 久間教授の研究室を訪問してきました。久間教授は鉱山採掘方法を3次元レーザスキャナを用いて調査されいるのですが、その3次元レーザスキャナに弊社のオリジナルスキャナを採用していただいています。
人が入れない狭い坑道や30m以上も下にある洞窟などで、オリジナル製作したロボットにスキャナを搭載して計測するため、スキャナはとにかく小型であることが条件だそうです。
